We visited Kubo on Labor Day weekend and were seated quickly, even without a reservation. The restaurant's ambiance is dimly lit, spacious, and has a cool anime vibe. Our waitress was incredibly nice, smiling the entire time, and the service was impressively fast. We ordered the bao buns, chicken wings, Single Ride sushi, and pad thai--everything was super flavorful and delicious. The sushi ride, in particular, had an amazing presentation with lights that added an extra wow factor. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Plus, the free parking was a bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and highly recommend Kubo. Definitely one of the best Asian restaurants in town!

We were here for dinner on a really late Saturday night , and we were glad this was open. There's plenty of tables inside , we were seated right away. As vegetarians we tried the following : Vegan Roll : 4/5. This was a good roll. The wasabi was a little too spicy. Garlic edamame : 4/5. The flavors on this were different from what we have had in the past. Fried Rice: 4/5. The rice had good amount of veggies in it , and liked the smokiness of the rice. Basil Tofu : 4/5. This was the right amount of spicy. Loved the sauce that this came in.

Always love stopping by here for some dinner. One of my favorite spots. Food is great. Service is great. Drinks are even better. Perfect spot for lunch/dinner. Literally anything you order is delicious. The baos never disappoint. Specially the beef bugolgi. The meat is packed with flavor and tender. Definitely recommend for casual lunch/dinner plans.

First off, the chairs were some of the most comfortable restaurant chairs. I didn't want to get up. Second, the food was delicious, came out quickly, was artistically pleasing and made us wanting more. Pics don't do it justice. Try KUBO for the perfect Asian fusion experience.

Back again! Love this place! The staff is so friendly. We had a large table and they served us well. Heads up they don't split checks for large tables but can put 4 people per ticket if that makes sense. I had the tiger boba tea and pad Thai with a fried egg. The pad Thai is a little sweet. Great bang for your buck.

I have been wanting to try this place out! It has so many different Asian dishes and I was surprised to see so many Filipino dishes (which made me super happy)! Everything was delicious, but the halo halo was a little hard to eat because of the kind of bowl they used. I would come back for sure!

Kubo Sushi Cafe truly stands out as a gem. Their crispy rice is an amazing, offering a delightful contrast of textures with its crispy exterior and tender interior. Each bite bursts with flavor, leaving a lasting impression that keeps you coming back for more. The staff was so kind and attentive.

SOOOO happy that this was one of the places open late for us to grab a bite after our flight. They have a late night happy hour that got us even more excited for our meal. It includes drink deals and appetizer deals. Lychee mojito is top tier! Crab rangoons were smaller than I'm used to getting from Thai places but still good. The handrolls were DELICIOUS! The fish was fresh and I liked how their spicy salmon was whole pieces of salmon instead of the mushy ground type. The shrimp tempura roll was delicious as always and pretty large. Their Moo Ping (pork belly skewers) were also superb. Great sauce and flavorful, and the pork belly was soft. Comes with 5 skewers. My friend had the bulgogi baos and she loved them. The baos were perfectly pillowy and the bulgogi had good flavor. We also had the Kubo Fried Rice and that dish is a pretty good portion size. They have a pretty expansive menu which was overwhelming at first but it was nice to have lots of options. The space is dim and moody, and it was still pretty busy for it being 11pm when we got there.

Best Sushi Spot in Ft.Lauderdale Been meaning to try this spot and I finally went and wow. The service and the food were just delicious. Easy parking too which is a big deal for me. So many options on the menu it's amazing! I got there around 5 pm on a Friday and the place was not too busy but quickly got filled after. Got seated right away. The waitress was delightful! She offered great suggestions which I took. I ordered the Tuna Tartare for appetizer. This is by far the best Tuna Tartare I've had. It was a big portion and was sooo yummy! Must try! Suggested by the waitress, I ordered a Super Saipan roll. This was also delicious! So crunchy and full of flavor. And for the best part... dessert! Had to try these Thai Donuts. So far my favorite Thai donuts. Warm, soft and the milk just hit the spot... Overall, this is my favorite sushi spot. I'm dying to go back! I recommend and really really wish everyone would try! Everything was 5 out of 5!!
